What is not included
Said plainly, before you ask:
- Ad spend. Authority and Dominance include managed Google Ads. The ad budget itself is agreed in the quote.
- Website hosting and domain costs. These stay with your own provider.
- A full site rebuild. If the site itself is the problem, that is quoted separately.
- Guaranteed rankings. No honest agency can promise a position on Google.
- Anything outside a plan's scope. Extra work is quoted before it starts, never added afterward.

Questions about the numbers
Why publish prices?
Because most agencies make you ask first, and the quote often depends on how you sound on the phone. Publishing the ladder means the price is the same for everyone.
Are there setup fees?
No. The price shown is what you pay, plus GST. The onboarding survey is optional and priced above. The AI Search Audit is a standalone product, not a setup fee.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time. Move up when you are ready for more, or down if the budget changes.
What happens if I stop?
You keep everything already built: content, pages, and fixes. There is no contract to break and nothing to hand back.
Do you need access to my site?
Yes, a login with editing rights, or your host's details if a rebuild is on the table. Send a temporary login you can revoke later, never a password by email.
